He counted his money and he found out that...

Today, I wanted to share a story, that inspired me and make me happy. The story itself is simple, yet touching. It is also a matter that happen in everyday life, our everyday life. This happens in the hot, sunny afternoon where I drove to a mixed rice restaurant to buy lunch. When I have finished choosing the food and decided to pay, there is an interaction between two uncle, a chinese uncle, whom is the owner of the shop and an indian uncle, a customer. Is it their interaction that inspired me.
The chinese uncle changed the money and gave it to the indian uncle. The indian uncle counted his money and and he found out that the food is extra-ordinary cheap because he, himself think that he had taken a lot of food. I saw him standing there for moments as if he is waiting for bus. Yeah, it funny but the next moment catches my attention. He take out another 5 ringgit and pay to the chinese uncle.

Following is their interaction:
*hand giving the chinese uncle money*
"Take la brother, I take a lot of food." Said the Indian uncle.
"Nevermind, nevermind"said the chinese uncle while flapping his hand at the indian uncle as if giving goodbye to friend at bus station.
"Take la, brother! I really take a lot of food. This is what I should pay" the Indian uncle raised his voice.
*The chinese uncle took the money*
"Thank you ah!" Said the chinese uncle.
"You are a good man la, brother, you always counted me so cheap" replied the indian uncle.

At the end, both uncle smiled to each other and to my realization, I smiled too. We often get carried away by selfishness and always thinking of our self-benifits; forgetting how important it is to do what a human suppose to do. This stories teaches me, that even if you treat other good, you get nothing back but as you can see, we get emotions. It is easy to create a smile on our face, but can you create a smile at others face? A sincered one.
"Being good at others gives you nothing, it just craft emotions that color the life of yours, and others"
